If a part or assembly is fabricated from sheet metal, We can make it. The number and variety of machines employed in our facilities, along with our extensive supplier networks make us one of the most comprehensive and advanced sheet metal fabrication shops in the industry.

Our fabrication capabilities include automated CNC, turret punch press, and Trumpf routing. In addition, we can design and produce specialized tooling and our shelves are stocked with aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, composite and iconel in a variety of shapes, thicknesses and tempers. Our facilities also feature large production and small lot welding — including aluminum, bronze, nickel, stainless steel and titanium.

Specifically, our abilities range from traditional machine shop capabilities like Precision Machining, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and Extrusions to advanced fabrication methods such as Hydroform and Titanium Hot Brake Form. And our Lean Cellular lines are flexible enough to process one-off prototypes to large volume production.

Additional services include assembly, plating, painting, powder coating and screen printing.

Integrated Assembly

We recognize the need for OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers to consolidate production within their trusted sub contractors. That’s why we’ve evolved our capabilities to deliver everything from small details to sub assemblies and large integrated structures.

We also offer other assembly integration services include testing, qualification and certification of kitted finished assemblies, as well as supplier and program management.  Combined with our engineering, tooling and fabrication capabilities, we are positioned to meet the current requirement for more vertical integration.
